The Higher Institute for Legal Training, the training arm of the Emirates Association for Lawyers and Legal, extends its sincere condolences and deepest sympathies to the family and loved ones of Major General Khalifa bin Dhaen Al Muhairi, and to the Dubai Police family, on his passing.
